Red Interpreting Service, LLC. takes its HIPAA compliance obligations very seriously.
Employing rigid protocol in the handling of HIPAA protected PHI (Protected Health Information), RED INTERPRETING SERVICE requires that ALL CLIENTS/CONTRACTORS OF R.I.S.'s SERVICE review, approve and submit a BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT outlining mutual covenants agreed to in addressing HIPAA protocol & compliance, including but not limited to the handling of ALL PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI).
The following DOCUMENTATION should contribute to the assurance Red Interpreting Service's HIPAA Compliance.
Business Associate Agreement is signed by all employees, subcontractors (including interpreters), agents, and representatives under the supervision of Red Interpreting Service, LLC. addressing confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
